Refunds
- Goods returned within 30 days will be given a full refund once the goods have been received at UBM Medica.
- To return an item, apply the appropriate postage stamp(s) and return to MIMS Australia, Locked Bag 3000, St Leonards NSW 1590.
- UBM Medica will not pay postage on returned products unless we made an error when dispatching.
- MIMS on PDA: very occasionally, technical issues make it impossible for a customer to access this product. In these instances a full refund will be provided.
- Damaged books or faulty goods will be replaced (not refunded) within the period of a 12-month subscription.
Cancelling or changing subscriptions
- If you wish to terminate one of your multiple subscriptions, you will need to wait until your current subscription ends and then re-subscribe to the remaining items.
- If you wish to add an item to your current subscription, you can do so at any time during the subscription period. The additional item will be discounted at the appropriate level.
- If you wish to swap items, e.g. unsubscribe to your PDA subscription and take out a new subscription for MIMS Bi-Monthly, we will transfer the value of your old subscription to the new subscription.
Purchase order numbers

If you require a tax invoice you must supply a purchase order number when ordering.
- All institutions will need to provide a purchase order number when placing an order.
- If you require delivery of goods prior to payment you must supply a purchase order number.
Payment terms
- We do not offer instalment payments for subscriptions.
- The term of your subscription to all MIMS products is 12 months.
- Short payment will result in your order being placed on hold until the balance has been received.
- UBM Medica does not issue credit notes.
- Overseas orders: all overseas orders must be accompanied by a payment. No overseas orders will be dispatched prior to payment.
- Payments can be made by credit card over the telephone, by cheque or by cash.
