A subscription to eMIMS/eMIMS for Pharmacy allows the subscriber to install on 3 CPUs. These must be within one site and/or at home. The application may not be loaded across more than one place of business. Each place of business is deemed a new site and a new subscription needs to be taken out for each site.
Subscribers to a networkable version of eMIMS/eMIMS for Pharmacy are purchasing for the number of concurrent users that they wish to access the information.In this circumstance the initial licence fee is for up to 3 concurrent users - beyond this a reduced licence fee is payable per additional concurrent user.Once the paid-for number of subscribers is reached, further users will not be able to access the product.
Terminal services – eMIMS/eMIMS for Pharmacy.Terminal services will be treated in the same manner as the networkable version of eMIMS.The Client will purchase based on the number of concurrent users they wish to have accessing the information.
Term of Access (electronic products).With electronic products (CD-ROMS , PDAs, websites and data) the Client is purchasing a 12-month subscription to the information, not the physical item (e.g. CD-ROM).Once that 12-month period has expired, the Client will need to re-subscribe, otherwise they will be unable to access the information after a grace period (this varies among products – it is up to 90 days).
A subscription to the Bi-Monthly encompasses 6 issues.If a customer elects to receive a back issue then their subscription will lapse once a further 5 issues have been despatched.
